A -rep issue submitted as a user report has an infinitesimal chance of being attended to anytime this decade. There are 30,000+ user reports, there's no way to make a dent in the backlog (mostly newer tickets are handled), and a -rep ticket will be passed over by pretty much everyone but Rinarin since she's the only one who can actually remove rep comments.
Resubmit it as "Other", and it has a 0.1% chance of being answered at some point some time.

It may sound awful, but if you really want to solve that issue, I'd create second ticket and close the current one.
That probably won't solve anything though, my 1-week-old user report is still here. There is only a very little chance that somebody will actually notice that and think "oh yeah, maybe I could take one user report ticket for today" :3.

Really, with the amount of positive rep you have, if people comment on those 2 neg reps, you can also point them to the fact those people leaving that feedback have basically no positive feedback. I think most reasonable people would still be happy to trade with you.

I don't think 2 negative rep, out of 300+, from two unactive users, with 0 rep and 0 giveaways will scare many people. Not to mention the fact that one of them literally has a troll face as a profile picture. :p

you have 2 neg reps from 2 peasants that haven't even logged in in 10months+, anyone paying attention to that rep is either blind or dumb, so you are just avoiding trades with that kind of people.
btw, don't close and open a new ticket like everyone suggest or reply to "bump" it, it's the worst thing you can do since the ticket will be put at the end of the queue.
btw #2, how did you manage to reach 162 wins, 365 trades and only 9 giveaways...

It's been more than 1 year since I created a Ticket Support reporting 2 users that gave me 2 false negative rep (they trolled me), we even didn't have any kind of contact. Since then, I have to see everyday in my profile 2 negative reps, and that's not fair. (1 full year putting up with 2 negative reps is harsh for a daily trader, that scares people) =(
