So I've been saving up money to buy a new graphics card and a power supply. I just wondering would I need to upgrade anything else to run next gen games? Such as Battlefield 4, GTA V, Titan Fall, Watch Dogs, and more?

Graphics Card:
GTX 760 4gbs

Power Supply:
700w PSU

Thinking about getting

Current Specs:

AMD A8-5500 APU w/ Radeon HD Graphics 3.20 GHz

8gbs of RAM

300w PSU

1tb of HDD

Jasmine Motherboard

AMD Radeon 7560D HD

More info here on my current specs. HP p7-1233w

the psu is probs too much the gpu will be fine i think you only need like 620w if you plan to add another gpu in the future but you probs won't use more than 450w (i think)

I agree with jakeanaitor. Unless your are gonna use another gpu you should stick to 450 - 500w range.

How do you put in links?
Also is the MSI card better than the EVGA one? If so how?

GTX 770 vs 760. About 15-20% faster across the board. Unless you specifically want 4GB VRAM for something.

You make links this way: [text]

I was thinking about it. Is this one any good?

Intel i5 4430 cpu

It is pretty good. Haswell is the latest from intel. The problem will lie in that you will need a new motherboard as well. Doing so will force you to reinstall windows. If you try to run the comp without reinstalling after replacing a mobo, bad things can happen.

4670 is better

The CPU you have is a APU meaning it was made to focus on the integrated graphics. It might bottleneck your performance as it does not do well in multiprocessing. i3 processors will beat it. Just an FYI on you current comp.

Yeah I know, I just don't know if I should get a new cpu or not. After getting the graphics card.

If you want to upgrade your CPU on your current mobo, i would get This
Just make sure your current BIOS can properly support it. you may need to update the BIOS otherwise. (does not require reinstall of windows)

So I would only have to reinstall Windows if I get a new motherboard? Like I wanted a new motherboard with two PCI slots instead of the one i have now which as one, and if I got that cpu you just posted. Would I have to reinstall windows?

You will need to reinstall windows anytime you replace your mobo UNLESS it is the EXACT same mobo.

Also: http://pcpartpicker.com/

Try that site for prices. Not always 100% accurate on the price, but very good most of the time and allows you to stay within budget.

Would I need a 3rd party cooler?

If you are gonna overclock, yes. Stock cooler only good for stock clock. And amd coolers have been known to run hot anyway.

Okay, so if I get a new processor and motherboard, do I need to reinstall windows again? Or no?

Windows installation is tied to your motherboard's model so yeah.

I recommend to buy a graphics card AMD Radeon R9 280x, which significantly outperforms the GTX760, at equal cost.

By how much?

That psu is overkill. A 500-600w one will do the job just fine. Make sure its 80+ rated.
Note that this graphics card will be heavily bottle-necked by your weak CPU. You should either save some more money for a full CPU + Mobo + GPU + PSU update, or just get a cheaper Graphics card like a 7870.

What is a good 500-600w you recommend?

Get a corsair, silverstone, seasonic or XFX. They're all good.

I recommend starting from scratch.
But if you don't want that, that PSU is horrible, get an Antec, Corsair or Seasonic.
