Can't remember this racing game's name.

Hi there!
I just can't remember the title of this racing game I played a lot when I was younger.
In the opening suquence you got chased by police and when you finally stop, the policeman AWARDS you money. :)
The whole game is about speeding and doing stunts. There was a lot of customization for the cars as well.
I think that the first track had a mechanical T-Rex in it.
Thanks to anybody who will try and help. :)

Speed Busters has a T-Rex in it. Can't remember police though.

It had a car with an police skin how i remember, and the track with that dinosaur was epic :D...but cant remember any customizations...

Good job, you got it! :)

I think the police was only in the opening sequence to "explain" why you were getting money for speeding.
