why Warlock - Master of the Arcane base game cannot do giveaway

I don't know. I don't use either. Lol. I was just making a joke off of p0rnz webbosites I've heard of.

Situation = free key giveaway

instead of just telling everyone that there's a free key giveaway in the forum, they use it to get full CV from the key they didn't actually buy. They didn't contribute anything and are yet being rewarded with the chance into giveaways with CV requirements. Whereas other people who actually pay for all or most of their games they giveaway. They cannot get into giveaways such as these even though they are actually contributing to people by donating games they purchased to hand away.

I pay for all of the games i've given away except the Conquest starters pack. That's a key I exploited the use of and made a giveaway for CV. Anywho, I've bought tf2 keys and tour of duty tickets to buy a bundle game or two. But most bundle games on my profile I actually bought during a steam sale with what little cash I have. I bought a steam card recently and I haven't even bought a game for my account with it yet and half of it has gone into donating games here.

It's an exploit and thus giveaways are disabled, however you try to turn it.
