Summer job, little experience but great work history in rural Missouri.
I'd take anything I could find.

I have the release date marked clearly in my calendar as When hell freezes over.
But seriously I don't think it will ever come out. How could the game ever compare to the build-up? Also why would Valve make games when they make so much more money selling other people's games and TF2 hats?

Because the community is asking for it. Valve just likes to take their time on making games perfect but it buggers me that we get nothing more than a information ''leak'' every couple of months. I'm sure it will come out some day, they're working on it.

Because the community is asking for it doesn't sound like a valid reason to me.
I wouldn't mind being proven wrong in that matter but personally I would rather make my peace with the fact that Valve will only make Multiplayer games with microtransactions and market in the future and then be pleasantly surprised, than waiting for something that might never happen.

They are prolly waiting for the new sony console to come out and the vr so they can make a shit ton more money with an exclusive deal. 8]

Trying to improve my situation with my gf, had a really bad fight the last days...:(

I guess my point was to get cracking ASAP. I had about 8 months of grueling unemployment last year and it was full 9 hour days of applications and interviews. You hear all of this stuff about the economy but don't recognize the reality until it's right in your face. It's a hirer's market in the worst way.

Good luck, leaving academia isn't an easy thing, or so I've heard. What sort of a career do you seek?

Need to prepare a presentation, not doing it. Last 2 days, not sure if I can make it.

That's because you've never been in love. Don't worry about it. I had the same thing. Then I met the love of my life. We were pretty much glued to each other from day one, engaged within 2 months, married within a year, pets and puppies not long after, and still going strong, approaching 10 years now

that's great! i wish you many more happy years to come! :3
and i have been in love. in relationship for two years, then we broke up. dated some other guys but never fell for them. i don't have a crush, i don't like like anybody, i'm not attracted to anybody. i don't long for a relationship. i wonder if something's wrong with me

Not at all. Before that, I'd never really been in love (though I had a few times I thought I was in love, mostly when I was young). I never really understood it, didn't really do the relationship thing, for years. Then one day I met the right one, and that was it.
Nothing wrong with being alone in the meantime

Nah, it's cool : D
Our desire to "want to be in a relationship" doesn't define who we are and if everything is ok with us. It's false view forced on us from TV, over sexualisizng everything and everyone, and "You have 25yo and don't have a boyfriend?? You're gonna die alone and sad".

These kind of crushes has tendency to "start to be more" and it's not that funny after this point tho xD
Lol, ostatnio mało co wchodzę na SG z braku czasu, ale ten post musiałam dojrzeć. Count yourself lucky i nie pozwól, żeby Armin to zobaczył bo żyć waćpannie nie da :D

My friend's aunt had been telling that she will never marry, she found someone when she was ~40 and she had wedding not long after. So never say never :D
And it's better that way, than saying to every person you met that you love them after few weeks of dating xD
Wiem, zauważyłam, że na forum w podpisie już mnie nie kocha. Kocha tylko Remisię (bidok). Ale niestety na czacie cały czas rzuca teksty :D

If you don't mind me asking: Was the 2-years-relationship the one you had on your first crush?

I had a problem but I fixed it myself :) (uhoh, I said fixed)
I had to send a package (uhoh, I said package) and had weighed it at home, 1955 grams.
When they weighed it at the post-office (postmen, gggrrr) it was 2059 grams...
The difference between those few grams: 16 euros.
So I told em I'd return later, I'm not paying 16 euros for 60 grams over the limit...
I went to an office supply store around the corner and asked them if they wanted to do a trade...
In the package were a bunch of chocolate bars :P
So they opened it up, I had used a LOT of tape, I gave them one 100 gram chocolate bar, and they closed it up again. (chocolate can kill dogs, never give your dog chocolate!)
Back to the post-office, problem solved!
Yay!
Wish I had kept the chocolate myself though....awww :(
(Got any chocolate labs?)

It's not that sort of thing you're thinking of
One year from now I have an exam from lessons of 10th, 11th and 12th school grades which I will compete with about a million people from my country and it will determine my university and the major I can take. Lately this exam has become so hard and if I want to be successful I have achieve a rank between 1-400. Because of this I have to study hard for a goddamn year. A whole year!

only a year? Poor you.
I have 3 degrees; a bachelor, a master, and a doctorate, each in different fields
It sucks, but it's still better than working. Either that, or be prepared for a life of being poor.
I hope this didn't sound harsh, but, unfortunately, it's very important to work hard early on, and, after a few years, with a little bit of luck, you'll be able to coast through the rest of your life. But if you slack off now, you're doomed to have to work hard for years to come

I'm sorry, I'm tired. I didn't mean to be a bitch.
As tough as it is, failing is not the end of the world. Just do your best, and what will be will be.

Well, I'm sure it will be good practice for the GREs, if you intend to attend graduate school.
Best of luck with the studying! You'll get through it - there are times when we all need do what we must.
