sry if it was a serious question, this sounds pretty much like a troll. but just in case its serious:
first: i dont know any language where a "hi" is called begging. so you can write it still where every you want ;)
second: if you are asking for people who want it, its fine to ask for it. sometimes people are giving away keys, steamitems and so on by asking in the forums. its not begging to answere there.

so if someone offers something, its ok to answere. but else its not ok to post something like "may i get pls xyz" or "hey people, this is my wishlist. feel free to do what ever you want with it"

You don't seem to be entirely cognizant of what "begging" actually means, as a word.

Begging means to instigate a solicitation for a product, service, or response [especially in a circumstance or location where it is deemed inappropriate]; To plead earnestly and commitedly for something; To humbly beseech someone for a favor.

The users in this thread can't be begging, as they're not instigating the request, not presenting it through an inappropraite medium, and not pressuring the OP for the game. If they were doing any of those three things, you could make a case, but as is, you're quite nearly reversing the meaning of begging. :P

Likewise, solicitation requires entreating, pleading, or urging. So Kek can't be begging himself, as he is simply stating that requests will be considered, rather than actively encouraging that requests be provided.

I mean, I like that you're considering all the angles, but threads like this one have been common on SG for years now (there've even been a handful of members who exclusively did giveaways through threads), and you don't seem to be new to the site. So it does come across a bit odd to bring it up.
