There's already the Deals category on the forum. I'm not sure how practical it would be to have bundles in the Sales section, mainly because these would have to be added by hand.

but in deals are too many topics / maybe inactive. i think it should be section with games logo/video / how many cards / how much cost etc.

I think no one stops you making a new thread with logos, videos, cards etc and you could update this daily.....but seriously, there are several sites an steamgroupes, that do this task pretty well....so i´m not really missing anything like this here

Most people prefer threads about new bundles as they give them the chance to discuss the bundle and express their opinions on the games included.

Yeah, as those guys said, Deals is enough for that. But making categories inside other ones might helps (e.g the Deals category contains [sales,bundles,..,etc]) I also think this would be really helpful in the General category.
