Looking at the giveaway creators profile you wont receive the game either I guess. It's probably one of those "I didn't know I had to buy the game myself" people.

Ok, if I were you and the situation was the same (meaning the same game) I'd cry a bit and then go eat way too much chocolate and probably buy myself a bundle full of crappy games I'd never play just to kill the sorrow. I'm not even kidding :/

Yep...very unfortunate. To save yourself further heartache, consider not entering public giveaways when a brand new user registers and creates immediate creates AAA giveaways with no "description"...often they don't understand the site...but we're not allowed to say that in comments or we can get suspended...

Send them a message, obviously.

Not much you can do, mark it as not received so he doesn't get the gift slot back and move on, you've done what you can to get into contact with him (if possible, do save screenshots of the attempts/mails though, for future reference) and he's just not giving a response.

it looks like the GA creator created 2 fake GAs (both are marked as not received), so there is nothing else for you to do at this point than blacklist the person and hope that the next GA you win is a real one.

Know that feeling... Luckly, I didn't receive Waveform (you know, one of this cheep every week games) not Batman. Still sad, though.

You should always check the profile of people that made the giveaway you want to join. Especially if it's for an expensive game.

The creator of the giveaway that didn't give you the game made two giveaways for the same game without anything written in description for either of them. Those were his first giveaways ever. And he's only got 57 games on his steam profile.

It was pretty obvious that the giveaways were fake.
