Report giveaway button. Where, when?

I've only found this https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/iiajS/suggestion-report-giveaway-button-on-giveaway-page thread that suggested that it is not present by mistake/oversight and that it was planned a year or two ago to add it back. But still, there is no way to report specific giveaway, only to report the user and still, giveaways for unlisted/free games created as a giveaway for a much more recent and expensive game are not rare.
