thanks everyone i will start with zelda then i will try super mario world, mega man series, chrono trigger in this order they will probably keep me busy for a very long while

Here is my list: Donkey Kong Country 1, 2, 3; MegaMan; Super Metroid; Super Mario World (and other Mario games); Battletoads; Super Mario Kart... There were some more but can't recall all of them atm :)

Was in the exact same position and picked up a SNES in high school to check out all the nostalgia I missed. With that in mind, I only have one suggestion for you:

SECRET OF MANA

I really liked the SHUMPS that were on the SNES but not limited to just SHUMPS

Super Bomberman 1 and 2
UN Squadron

There are more games I played and liked, I just can't remember their names.

And while I never played it this one looks great, just not sure if they ever brought it here in any large numbers. Macross Scrambled Valkyrie
