HumbleBundle and Paypal - Problem

Heya there.
Lately I can't manage to buy anything from Humble Bundle. I'm using paypal and everytime I try to purchase something it says my card was denied, even though I can buy without any kind of problem from Indie Gala and other stores like ebay, etc.

I've contacted Humble support for more than 1 week now and they gave me 2 replies. 1st they've asked their "ninjas" to check the issue, and the 2nd reply "hey , it appears that all of our support ninjas are still busy fighting bad guys. We are working as hard as we can to get to your request. Hang tight and you should receive a reply soon". I've already missed the previous bundle which included Trine 2 and I was looking forward to get it, and now It looks I'll be loosing this weekly bundle aswell.

What do you guys think?

havent bought any from there, so i wouldnt know
but i do have ptoblem when buying from coinplay.io (almost a week now)
they said it was paypal problem, maybe it's the same

but i could buy games from indiegala and GMG yesteday

I'm able to use paypal with Humble Bundle. I do have my paypal set to pull funds from my bank account instead of my card. Don't know if that will make much difference though.

If it says that your card is denied, first thing you should do is ask your card publishers. Every card publishers have different treatment, and maybe they are the ones that are treating Humble Bundle differently. At your position, the payment is not yet on the Humble's side, so contacting them will be fruitless, I may bet. Your best bet is contacting your credit card publisher.

The same thing happened to me I simply bought the bundle directly with the MBNet card. I've noticed that you're Portuguese as well so it's probably a problem with Paypal and MBNet

Do your bank charge you any comission? Because that's why I'm afraid. Paypal doesnt charge anything.
I'm pretty sure they will charge for the exchange from € to $

of course paypal charges for currency conversions ... and in most cases its higher than what banks charge.
