It's too easy! Part 4! (puzzle giveaway)

I bought some games to give away during the sale and I figured that in stead of just dumping them in public or group giveaways, I'd try my hand at making some puzzles.

I'll be giving them away one by one, each one with a new puzzle. I've been trying to make it harder every time, but it's hard to keep making it more difficult without making it too difficult, so YMMV. Also, all the puzzles will end at the same time, so with each new puzzle you will have less time to complete it. This also means that if you missed the first puzzles, you can still try them! Anyway, on to the puzzle:

PLEASE, DO NOT DISCUSS THE ANSWERS IN THIS THREAD! SAYING IT'S TOO HARD OR TOO EASY OR WHATEVER IS FINE, BUT DON'T SPOIL THE ANSWERS, DON'T GIVE HINTS, DON'T EVEN SAY WHICH ANSWERS ARE WRONG!

I will write some hints here when I think it is necessary:
Character #10 might be the hardest one I've drawn so far. That's not a hint, but I expect lots of people to have trouble guessing this one. #8 might be tough as well.
Like with the other puzzles, a lot of characters in this one have a surname. Don't forget them!

10 took me literally 2 seconds on google with nothing to go on at all. Surprised people found that one difficult at the start.
