Filter games limit

I've been here for a week mostly filtering games that I don't want / don't like / packs that I already have but are not filtered correctly maybe and I'm wondering if there's a limit for the amount of games that can be filtered.

Anybody knows anything about this? (I'm currently with 800 games filtered)

Not relevant, but from the 1.166 that I saw from not being logged in, only 116 show up while logged in.

So after syncing your account to filter games you already own, am to assume out of the 143 that you do own, some have DLC that you are trying to take out of the giveaway section, as you own them.

Yet you are filtering 800 games?

Wow, I need some sleep, cause this is getting deep.

Yup. If I don't like the game or I simply don't want it, at least for now, I filter that game. If I'm not mistaken, the purpose of the filter is swiping away games you're not interested in.

But some of the filtered games are mostly like this:

Game A
Game B
Game A - DLC
Game B - DLC

Game A Pack (Game A + DLC)
Game complete pack (Game A + Game B + DLC's)
Etc...

Wow, you are like a 10 year vet level of Steam and only have 2 years of how to organize your library of wants. That is admirable. Good luck dude. You are MVP most certainly. Hopefully you get everything filtered right on here.

I'm kinda sick of having games getting dust on my library, so, if I'm not seeing myself playing the game, I'm not going to bother entering in that giveaway, also, this way I'm giving an opportunity to another person win the game. I'm not seeing any problem here...

Doubt it, since you can use the site filter to unlist owned titles as well, and when you consider there are users with thousands of games, a limit for the filter wouldn't be helpful for those.

I have all the filters checked-up, so that may count 100+ games away from the filter.

Not counting the 400+ games from my library that I've filtered, I've additionally filtered 2378 titles so far and they're (mostly) filtered correctly. Sometimes I feel I have to filter something twice, but that happens very rarely.

I asked cg this question cause I filter every single game I do not want or will never play.

cg said there is no limit.

I have 67 full pages of hidden game plus 3 on page 68 a total of 1678

sometimes i feel like i've hidden something but it appears again... annoying

could be a bug but i doubt it

PS: Look at the comment on the top, I think that that person has a few more pages than you. :P

PPS: That may be DLC's or bundle packs that may look similar. The next time try to look up on your filter list to see if it's exactly the same match.
