What if it's a $10 soundtrack?

I will never understand how soundtracks/DLC = not allowed. There's expensive and non-bundle Steam DLC and soundtracks that people want!

They can be given away in the group.. but they aren't counted as your "entry contribution."

We just want to avoid leechers donating .49 cent DLC and then winning 5 giveaways like this one
