Tampermonkey/greasemonkey Steamgifts Plus save filtered games

Since i reinstall my OS often and am on different computers and i alwyas forget backup up the filtered games from SG+.
I was wondering if anyone know how to get that data automatically saved in tampermonkey/greasemonkey/userscripts so that it's always up to date and you don't have to worry if you ran ccleaner or anything that you accidentaly removed the local data/cookie or whatever it is and your filters are gone again.

Hope someone knows what i mean and has this working somehow.
