How do you get your giveaway featured? (for bulk giveaways)

I assume that if you just host a giveaway with 20 or more items given away, it will automatically be featured, right? Or is there some sort of process you have to go through?

You have to contact support - I believe you cant give away more than 25 copies without contacting support.
