Not quite sure I understand CV

Ok I've now done several giveaways, the other week I had done 3 giveaways and had accumalated $30 worth of CV i've now done 7 giveaways, and still have $30 CV, i understand that bundled games only give you a percentage of there worth but currently I'm getting zero return on my giveaways. can someone explain this to me?

Bundled games only give you a maximun of $30 by themselves. When you give a non bundled game, the 20% of it's worth will be added from the rest of value that wasn't counted from your previous bundled games.

Total Value = Non-Bundle Value + min(Bundle Value, Non-Bundle Value * 0.2)

In addition to this, first 25 cv from bundle games also goes to non-bundle value.
So, if someone giveaway only bundle games, it will be
Total = 25+ min(Whatever-bundle-value-you-got, 25*0.2)=25+5=30
