X-COM: 3d tier reward for people purchasing Bioshock Infinite in steam!

I just saw the ad when opening steam. It's quite a good deal if you plan on buying Infinite day one anyway :) Although it's the 3dr reward, the others being bioshock 1 and tf2 stuff, i suppose it will get there by launch date. It is not very clear how they quantify the preorders in that bar, though
