Crafting Coal seems to be really risky

5x7 Crafting -> 4x shitty coupons, 1x Worms Reloaded. :/

Better than having a 0.00001% chance at some games.

How the hell do you guys get so much goddamn coal?

I thought crafting 7 coal was guaranteed to be a gift. It says on Steam: "Seven pieces of coal can be crafted into a gift from the Great Gift Pile. Don't worry, you won't get coal again". They really should specify that the "gift" can also be a coupon.

I dont understand the criticism here. Its all free stuff essentially, whats there to complain about?

I suspect the odds are still far far greater that you'll win a game that way then it of your winning anything in the grand prize draw had you kept them.

My first 7x craft got me FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage, then I got a 50 percent off any Rockstar game, and then some other really crappy coupon.

people received 1x coal in yesterday's 1st achievement, no wonder 7x coals turning into shitty coupons!!

I got magic 2012, so it just depends on if its worth it. The chances of getting the winning prizes are slim, but it's whatever you wanna do. I'm probably going to craft all that I can and at the end I'll still have 1 or 2 left over so I can stay in the giveaway.

ATM, 1 coal is about $1~. Just choose a game, over pay 1 coal; And people will buy the game you want for the coal. Far more worth it compared to the "hope I get lucky" random shit.
