I'm sorry, I have never used Smartpixel recorder, so I am unable to help unfortunately.

Hi,
I didn"t know who I can asked this question, and search on google doesn"t help so much...
So I win a key for smartpixel on facebook via indiegala.
I dlde the app and try to enter the key I've just win...
Duplicate key..
So I 'll send an email to support smartpixel, cause the forum was closed.
I explain the situation (win on facebook and duplicate key ) and they send me a new key (and this one works )
But is this safe to use this app?
Someone used it?
