I must be missing something ROT 10 isn't working

снова этот rot, вообще хз как он работает ._.

Tried X (24) forward and backward, tried X (10) forward and backward. Neither worked.

Tried every one of them and nothing.

Tried every ROT there is, no dice.

i give up for no, need to get to the CORE of this

After the first 25 tries I gave up. But came back here for some hints and now I saw you changed the second letter to uppercase. So I finally solved it. Thanks for the train and have a bump.

I tried all possibilities ... nothing worked. Was frustrated and go to bed.
Now i am back and see it was 1 case problem. That solve it.
