Btw, is there a way to disable the Little Ones DLC in-game (options menu when starting a new game for example)?
I've been holding out on getting that one, since it probably changes the gameplay by quite a bit, and I want to master the game better before trying that one out

You can uninstall the dlc if you want to.
Simply right click the game in steam and go to properties -> DLC (tab) and then uncheck the dlc(s) you want to uninstall.

Children survivors. You get to take care of them, play with them, and teach them how to do useful stuff like cooking. It makes the game a bit harder because they become upset so easily.

I believe Stories is a must-have DLC, it's like a campaign for the game. It adds 3 scenarios with whole new stories and characters and unique goals and they are so damn emotional.

+1 Stories. Wonderfully unique bases, unique objectives, and decent locations. I'm biased because I think TWOM is my GOAT survival game.
I wouldn't get War Child unless it appeals to you to have a child in game that doesn't do much but you need to nurture them.

the bundle made it cheaper to get war child along with stories than just getting stories, so now i'm complete. thanks for pointing this out!
