You have no right to request a reroll unless the winner rejects it. However you might wish to ask the winner about it, maybe if they have you blacklisted, they don't want gifts from you either and entered the giveaway by mistake.

Nope, the only thing you can do is blacklist them so they don't win any of your future GA.
You can also not deliver and take the non-received mark on your profile if it bothers you that much.

That happened to me earlier, turns out they had a multiple win and I waited for the reroll (which took over a week so the winner put not-received implying it wasn't like they entered by mistake 😾)
If they had already served a suspension for it I probably still wouldn't have delivered the game, making it my 1st ever un-delivered giveaway 😼 Luckily (for me), they hadn't so they got a 5 day suspension (5 hours left apparently) and a BL and I got a reroll and the new winner already received the game 😹

...person who i've never talked to or had contact in ANY way on STEAM or SG's blacklisted me enter my GA and eventually won that GA ಠ_ಠ
Can I ask for reroll or that person did just said (ಠ_ಠ)┌∩┐ in my face and have all rights to claim my GA?
