I hear footsteps, but they're not outside. They're in my house, or more accurately, under it.

Music or the cats running around

I hear the sound of sheets rustling a lot.

But my family is always asleep by the time I go to bed, so that's normal. But just last night I sword I heard footsteps directly to my right. But no one was there when I opened my eyes.

When everything is silent, my bird decides it's time sing the song of his people.
Also I think I hear a ghost from time to time, but I'm more worried with the living ones, so I don't give him much attention. Now that I think about it, he may just feel lonely.

I live in a dorm, near a busy road and with a sports center across the road. It's enver quite in here.
And it's pretty loud near the appartment I grew up in, too.
But when I'm alone at my place I usually hear whatever is in my headphones.
Mysterious foodsteps are just other people in the dorm.

My fan noise which gets replaced by a helicopter's when the CPU works at full capacity.

I usually hear the wind or the neighbor in the stairs

The fridge.

coins dropped by the guy from upper floor or probably little evils playing with marble balls

I have small fountain. So it's either water splashing or angry electrical pump noise, when water level is low.

I hear rats running at the roof =.=
even worse when its raining.

Only silence now that I'm on meds:-)

rarely i hear drunk neighbours coming back from partying [i live in flat :)] in the parking lot wich at times have amusing conversations

The Noises in my head

During some months at night, cockchafers like to head-butt the windows.
Usually you can't see them. It sounds a lot like someone knocking.

I always think someones breaking into my home. Every single sound, I'm like up and running towards the door. But, it's always just the cats! :D
