Bad Rats: The Rats Revenge
The game plot is about that you're a rat, one day an unknown gang cat murdered most of your friends. You found all the cats who cooperated on that massacre and you try to murder them all by killing in the most gory way without showing any sign of mercy with the help of the rest of your rat friends.
In my opinion this is a masterpiece, it's like it's not just a game, it's MORE than a game, it doesn't look like you (playing as the rat) is just only seeking for revenge, it's like searching for yourself, kind of it. I mean, the rat might symbolize yourself, while your killed rat friends might symbolize your soul and the cats symbolizes all the problems you'll face it forward, your problems killed your soul and you must face the problems in order for them to rest in peace, in other words, to free yourself of being guilty, because you didn't save it at time. Your rat friends might probably symbolize your emotions, for example the turbant suicidal rat might be the expression when you're being crazy and didn't think this through but you'll do it anyways. Really deep game when you think on each point of view the game offers.
You might think I am lying, but do I look like I'm lying?

Choose one game and hope it is not from the restricted regions.

I could suggest some games but i will not as i do not support the site and what they stand for and they should be stopped and maybe some day they will be.
GMG,HUMBLE,GAMERS GATE and so many more have a great selection of games and are authorized to resell.

Well in the end it is your choice, but buying from them imo would be no different then buying knockoff at a flea market.
If the promotion is a code maybe you could trade it to someone though i suppose in a way that would still be supporting them but at least your are not directly supporting it.
Either way these are just my thoughts, there are some great games within that price range.
Also remember your taking a chance of buying a game and having it revoked and then you will be stuck with that key so the only way you be able to get the game again is if you actually buy it within steam as they will activate the game again but it will be the same key.
Anyhow good luck in whatever you do or choose.

The site stands for selling stuff 2nd hand, its no different then anything on ebay or amazon seller or flea market or yardsale.
The problem is risk if the key's where bought with fraudulent means, as they will most likely be revoked.
Hell, I'm 100% sure a lot of stuff on ebay is stolen, as well as some things on amazon.
Even licensed sellers like wal-mart can get stolen stuff if they don't 'background check' their suppliers well enough.
Most of these 2nd hand key selling sites, buy physical pc games, open them up, and then sell just the cd-key (often times, throwing away all those packaging!!).
In this way, the devs and pubs are still getting their damn money, it is not like they can magically create working cd-keys out of thin air after all. (exceptionally rare the keys were generated not by offical means)

Definitely buy something. G2A has the best sales of any digital distribution website. If you like steam, then you can get steam keys for cheaper there than you'll ever see them on steam or any digital distribution website. G2A allows you to enter dollar amounts to narrow down price ranges so you'll see everything you can buy with the money you have. So you can do that and see if there's anything that catches your eye. And despite what many say, the site is actually very trustworthy. I've bought and sold plenty of games and have never ran into any of the "scams" many people ramble about.
Plus, G2A shield for $1 for any purchase if you actually get nervous of being jipped. Even with the added dollar, the sales are always consistently better. But as I said, any "scams" are very rare. The G2A staff is very active and professional at keeping fake keys out of their system.

sell it for paypal. buy from a legit and trusted place with the paypal money you got. you'll lose some money but you won't need to worry about the legitimacy of the game you buy.
