How much will this bundle *TILTify* you?
The reward selection (and email) might actually work by now.
Early buyers are SOL though:
Thank you also for donating to JingleJam. As noted on the Rewards page, you will see an email (sent to the email used during the donation transaction) instructing you on how to redeem your keys within 48 hours of your initial donation. A Reward MUST be chosen in order to receive a key. We unfortunately cannot move donations made to a reward in the event a donor has not selected one.
We appreciate your patience! If you selected a Reward, you will see an email within 48 hours. If you did not select a Reward, you will need to donate again and select the Reward option. If you require a refund for your donation, you will need to contact the charity directly, using the information received on you emailed receipt.
Early buyers finally got their keys, nine days later:

So just to be clear there was no option at one point to add a "reward" so some aren't getting a bundle due to that. Why can't those people submit their transaction ID and receive the bundle?

So just to be clear there was no option [..] [So] Why can't those people [..] receive the bundle?
Because pissing donators off by way of mishandling the donating process and then not taking responsability for the mishandling in question is the best way to run a charity. I mean, I'd assume, based off what's been described. >.>
As the first JingleJam listing off of Humble, especially, it comes across rather poorly.
Or, as Luckz put it in the other thread:
So basically "haha we took your money and you get no keys".
isn't an attitude which really goes well with "Oh, and we're handling the charity drive ourself now, through a post-your-own-charity site". After all, that's a configuration you'd expect to invite better handling of matters, rather than worse. All-in-all, it leaves a rather skeevy impression, as to why they left Humble.
Anyway, certainly, the platform may have some weird underlying mechanics when it comes to the rewards, that are restricting how they can allot them, when interacting with the contributing publishers. They definitely could have conveyed that better, however, if that was the case, nevermind apologizing for the bungled presentation.

After repeated support tickets by various people (poking Tiltify), and a Yogscast member saying he would look into it (poking Tiltify), and the charity I messaged saying they would do what they can (poking Tiltify).... some 3-4 hours ago (sorta coinciding with the Cyberpunk release) they finally sent the missing keys to the first 100-ish (number is my guess) buyers.
Amusingly not without a last bit of victim-blaming via early donors may not have seen or understood that a Reward needed to be selected and added to the donation
, but I'm too delighted to finally have this resolved to muster up any further online outrage.

I mean, "early donors may not have seen or understood that a Reward needed to be selected and added to the donation" works if it was both noted clearly in the promotion and an available [regardless of whether it was selectable or not] option was there during checkout but, that doesn't really work as a grounds for the shifting of responsability if either of those components were missing (as "well, it's our consumers fault for not hunting down information we should have properly provided to them in the first place" is just a downright laughable justification).
Rather, if they have to justify their excuse by directing it towards a broad categorization of "early [donators]", then I think it's pretty clear they realized later that they coulda done something better on their end [As, logically, there's clearly a difference if late donators aren't having issues and early donators are], which rather clearly moves responsability off of the consumers and onto the service. I wouldn't call it 'victim-blaming', since that has certain connotations but then, scam victims are still victims (as, indeed, are even just people who've been unfairly maligned for things that weren't their responsability), and this did come across rather scammy, so..
Well, at the very least, it's definitely clear they aren't handling things professionally or diligently, relative to public interactions or service design & management, respectively. So if we can firmly attribute the issue to Tiltify rather than Yogscast, then I guess we should make sure to be cautious when it comes to any future Tiltify offerings, given the clear unprofessionalism indicated on their end thus far. After all, by my experiences, if a service has to be pressured just to give a half-assed response on major issues, then they're also rather likely to be completely unreliable when it comes to less broadly notable [ie, more rare/consumer-specific] issues.

Not only it is extensive for what is showcased (Amont Us Pets DLCs really ?), but it also contain some redundant games that many of us may already have. Only reason to buy this is to feed a farm account or give some games away while still supporting some charities (even if you don't need a bundle to do that).

Wow, the games selection is terrible this year, and especially for £25. Sadly a pass from me.
(Note: Yes the games listed are good but many of them have been bundled so often that many people including me already have them, meaning that half the bundle basically doesn’t exist and the other part is not interesting)

Site bails for me when processing my PP payment, just sticks at the "donation processing" screen forever. I hit back and re-submitted and same result, plus received zero emails from anywhere to suggest it actually worked. Just a heads up for others if you are trying...

Some in here would be nice to have (Dicey Dungeons, Farming Simulator 17) but I have half of the bundle and it is not worth the price like that. And all those Among Us DLC are useless without the game haha.
Also Sokpop games? Why don't they give some of their hits, stuff that they know will attract people? It's the moment to grow their users and hopefully get new patreon supporters!

I'm wondering the same thing, why change it up from Humble,, might have something to do with the fact keys can expire after 2021,,, which seeing how devs have been lately means Jan 1st 2021, games from this will get invalidated.. Could be fees,, although I'm not sure Humble kept money from previous Jingle Jams..

I assume you missed that it was added at some point (since you didn't WL it): https://barter.vg/i/136271/

I bought this bundle every year for the daily reveals and even if the games were not always great, at least you got some thrill and lots of gifting material. But leaving Humble and revealing all games at once makes me stay away from this. Maybe Humble will have another Christmas bundle thing to donate money to....

Even the worst monthly is way better than this. And that's saying something, considering how bad some monthlies have been.

My donation went through but I didn't get anything in return. I'll see if their support team can help ._.
Edit: I haven't waited 48 hours as mentioned in the OP so chances are it'll show up in my inbox eventually, will update if/when that happens
Edit 2: They responded to my ticket

I did choose a reward but I got worried when I made my payment and nothing seemed to happen

Yeah that sucked, I ended up donating twice because of that, but ultimately felt bad asking for one of the donations back. No biggie really, It didn't break me or anything.

My dudes and dudettes, Yogcast JingleJam folks are extremely righteous. Received an email today with another bundle of keys. I never contacted them or anything. Very surprised.

Is it possible to split the donation, i.e. 5 GPB to 5 charities each? As in, accumulate a total of 25 GBP in donations split towards all or some of these charities?

Oh,... what a bummer. Anyways, thanks for the info!

If you scroll down on the page it says "If you donate £25 or more you'll receive Steam keys to 35+ games"

That's a lot of good stuff in there, and some children's charities (and even one animal charity!). Already own nearly all of it, but I'm a sucker for children/animal charities, so I'll likely end up picking this up at some point.
Thanks for the thread.
