I'm blacklisted by a bunch of people that didn't like that I was complaining about them setting level 3 minimums for their giveaways, when in order to level up, you have to buy games and give them away. At the time, I, like quite a few others, used this site to get games because we had no money. When you blacklist someone because they don't have money to make giveaways, you are plain and simply an asshole. It sickened me to see how many people backed these guys up on BListing me because I was poor. Their logic was literally "In order to get this free game, you have to give everyone else a shitload of free game. If you can only to afford to enter and not create, you shouldn't be here. This isn't a place to get free games, you poor POS."

Now granted, admittedly I do tend to speak out of my mind, even when I might be considered as jerk/asshole for doing so. However in no way I go overboard, or lets say randomly insulting/flaming people or any other destructive behaviour.

I don't THINK i've been blacklisted by anyone due to my excessive awesomeness...if however you have blacklisted me and wish to unblacklist me...That would be cool <_< Also, to the few people I do have blacklisted: It was cause you broke some giveaway rule or did something disrespectful to another GA creator...Although I do plan on clearing out my Blacklist at the start of this coming year, so you won't be blacklisted much longer.

A lot of people on this website seem to have an elitist attitude, either because of their level, or because they think the games they're giving away are pure gold.

This might be a very bad idea, because my BL is quite full. My BL reasons include but are not limited to:

• Not saying Thank You after winning a GA (only sometimes)
• Disrespect of site rules (ignorance is no excuse)
• Racist, sexist or hate filled posts or threads started in the forums or general disrespect and rudeness
• Referral Link posting
• Showing you are here for greed (Not gifting anything with multiple wins, mass entering everything you can, posting something acting entitled to games, etc.; if you want a reference: starting at ratios 20:1 or having more than 20 wins without giving anything + no activity in the forums)

If you think you are on my BL for no reason, feel free to let me know. Due to the callout rule, I might ask you to add me on Steam to discuss.

Wiped mine clean a month or two back. Felt it was getting too big, plus I never kept a record of why someone was on there which I began to regret.

Would blacklist for regifting, non-activation of games, trying to exploit CV by giving away free keys, and making giveaways under the wrong game title on purpose.

Was thinking that allowing people to earn their way off the list was something I'd like to look into. If free key givers made some regular giveaways with stuff they actually bought or traded for, or if non-activators bought the games they didn't activate in the past etc. No record of why a person was on there in the first place made this impossible so I removed everyone.

Only put one person on the list since then, and I haven't been quite as active on the site in the last few weeks as I once was anyway so I'm not really bothering keeping on top of this kind of thing right now.

That are the reasons I blacklist someone:

• not activating ~3 games
• regifting
• trading games they won
• scammers
• ungratefull and disrespectful people
• creating a thread complaining about not winning enough while having a ratio like 20:0
• blacklisting me
• being a shady lying "developer" that abuses his developer tag to get on the whitelist of tons of people...

Seems like a lot of reasons but my blacklist is quite empty with only 30 entries.

I knew about 4 people blacklisted me. From one of them I knew the reason, but don't know why the other three don't like me.
Maybe cause I can't shut up and always say stuff that I think, even if it's something that some people don't want to hear.
Or it's cause of some threats I've created like the Capcom Humble Bundle one, where the most people didn't even notice that there were GAs hidden behind the links and just thought it was just a 1:1 copy of the threat from our lovely Rachel :3
It also could be cause of some really evil puzzles, like the one where you had to find a squirrel on a pic, but there was no squirrel D:
Or cause I sometimes just spam some stupid shit.
But maybe they just don't like squirrels D:

As far as im concerned, im blacklisted by nobody
I was blacklisted before, i think twice, with an actual reason, we talked and I think im not on those lists anymore.

My blacklist needs some cleaning, ill check my files and hoppefully cut it down

I'm curious if anyone has blacklisted me. Then again I feel this thread wouldn't provide me with an answer to that.

I broke the rules at some point, I got suspended and I deserved it, even though it was already known at that point that the game would become f2p and the mass GA was just for traffic. I learnt my lesson, and I don't really expect(or care) to be taken out of blacklists, just wanted to share.

...yeah, being removed would be nice, I won't admit it didn't cross my mind. However I've won my fair share, gave away mostly bundle games, so just un-blacklist someone with less wins if you're feeling nice tonight.

I only BL those who are rule breakers and people that were really rude here in the forum(or both). But I may have made one or two mistakes.
If you're in my list and you feel like you don't belong there, please explain yourself and I shall reconsider your case.

Ok, I honestly don't know if I am in any, but if I am, I would like to know why please(for self-improvement).

So, I've blacklisted like 1615 users, 1 seemed sentient enough to explain himself. I think noone from blacklist would react to my message, lol.

I honestly don't understand the purpose of blacklisting or whitelisting, probably because I don't have much personal investment in this site? It's not like Tumblr, people aren't going out of their way to be jerks (from my perspective). So no one is whitelisted or blacklisted by me because y'all are strangers, and strangers aren't discriminated against unless they personally offend me with BS.

I had blacklist once, it mainly consisted of rule-breakers and rude people, but after I got back to SG from my break I removed everyone and I don't feel a need to add people there.

I've recently found myself on someone's blacklist, but I don't know who it is, so I'm midly puzzled, but either way no hard feelings :)

This thread would have been more interesting if it'd been made after CG implements the ability to check how many WL/BLs you're on.

And on topic, as I've stated before I collect blacklists so if I'm on yours just keep me there. It beats collecting stamps.
