Why reduced value for games with 2 GA?

I'm just curious why games like Twin Balls and Splash Jump are reduced value when there are only 2 giveaways listed on here for them?

I can get both of these games on KeyJoker but that site requires you to earn points, similar to Opium Pulses and I'm sure other sites. It's not like a gleam giveaway.

They're not reduced CV because they're on KeyJoker. They're reduced CV because they're in DIG Bundle 544.
