How to change Source engine games' language?

Hello there!

I'm using Steam as Japanese. So, Source Engine using games change their language automatically without asking you anything and giving you an option.

Recently installed "The Ship" and experienced the same problem. Actually it wouldn't be a problem if texts could be clear: they are all mixed up. There is no option to change lang. at in-game menu, Steam properties section and so on. Already google'd for it but so far i couldn't find anything. Tried to use command parameters and console commands but none of them worked (might be another command i had to find).

Do you know any solution about it? Please share with me.
