What to do if you don't receive your gift?

Hey guys i won Monday Night Combat about a week ago. I was so excited to win my first game that i accidently pressed gift received right away(which i didnt receive). i knew as soon as i pressed it i messed up, i waited a few days to see if the guy would send it to me, he didnt. i tried to add him on steam, but he had such a common name (Drake) that i had to scroll thru pages and pages( wouldnt let me add friend from his profile for some reason). Anyway i finally found him and sent him a friends invite so i can explain to him i didnt get the gift, he didnt send it. Im guessing he denied my friends request and i have no other way of contacting him... what do i do?

If you click the Received button again, it returns to neutral. Send a message to support linking the giveaway; they'll handle it.

EDIT: Also, if you wanted to add them on Steam, their profile is linked to their SteamGifts profile.

where is this recieved button exactly? i go to my profile and click on my gifts won. cant seem to find it sorry, im still a bit new to this steamgifts even tho i entered 200 giveaways, i get points pretty fast.
