People not confirming Won Giveaways!

Like the title says I have tried to get in contact with winners about their win, but to no avail they don't respond and as a side effect I am limited to the giveaways I can do.

Anyway this can be sorted out as I can do 6 Giveaways at a time but due to 2 people not confirming I am only allowed to do 4!

Try adding them on Steam, or sending them an email. It's possible your first message went into their spam folder and they didn't notice, so they're now sitting waiting for you to contact them with the key.

instances of contacting winners if the prize is a key as opposed to a gift should have been cut down because of SGV2's key delivery system, though.......
