Red Faction: Armageddon Path to War DLC won't hide?

Despite owning this, and updating/syncing my account multiple times. This game/dlc is still showing up on the gift list, I own all the items from the pack since I bought it. All the rest have stopped showing up, but this dlc remains, anybody have an idea why?

DLCs don't sync (blame Steam), you can use one of the add-ons to filter them out.
