Help..I need somebody HELP! (lmao) IMPORTANT

Hello! Steamgifts! I just have a quick question.. One of my friends told me to ask a question, he can't log on steamgifts for some odd reason..It says "Please switch to a public profile" and he already set this profile to public.. (On steam) He's unable to do anything on the website. Has this happened to anyone else? What are your suggestions? Please help!

Probably has to do with this issue. Just give it a while and see if it clears up, I guess.
