I hate that the trading window is broken. When doing a trade, while waiting for the other person's items to load in the trade window, there's a long delay, followed by a semi-brief freeze in whatever program I'm using. Delays are one thing, but trading shouldn't make Steam or Firefox act like they're about to crash. One of the fans in my computer (I assume my CPU) will even rev up during the freeze.

Similarly, when I select search parameters when going through my inventory, and then turn an item into gems, it ultimately sends me back to my inventory without the search parameters in place. It didn't used to do that. Going through my inventory used to be a lot easier. And again, it doesn't matter if I use Steam itself or Firefox.

Some new features would be nice to have, but I first want Valve to fix the functionality of what's already there.

7 day trade cooldown on marketplace purchases. Even worse, is that if even one card used to craft the badge, was purchased from the market place in the last 7 days, then ALL of the outputs, other than the coupon, are affected by the 7 day cooldown as well. That, and not being able to choose which badge level to display, if I constructed all the way to level 5.

1 thing I like least on Steam, well 2 things for me would be. Greenlight which is full of junk and Early Access, most developers are a joke, there are the odd few decent ones, but the junk on Steam now is ridiculous. There is zero quality control.

Apart from that, VAC is great and often banning the scumbag hackers, Steam mobile authentication is a great option to have . Steam customer support has always been fantastic for me, never had a problem on that side. Steam is brilliant, but some developers spoil it, so glad Digital Homicide got removed. Steam pricing is too high on 99 percent of games also ... but every single game I have on my account (over 1400) was bought from keysites or from elsewhere, I have never paid direct from Steam and never would pay the silly pricing.
