Question regarding Paradox's Plentiful Package and suplemental deal with CK2 DLCs and Warlock

It was said that only owners of Plentiful Package will get access to second package with CK2 DLCs and Warlock. But does it relate to buyers of current Plentiful Package deal or also previous deals? I bought Package when it was deal about 2 weeks ago, but can't find suplemental deal with Warlock. Do I have to buy this Package again to get access?

All users can buy it not only those who bought previous bundle. It is simply not advertised by amazon... Here is link
