I just did a quick check on you on SGTools and it seems that everything is fine, no non-activated wins and no multiple wins.
User MikeHu has activated all his/her games!

I would suggest doing a sync on SGTools, drop down menu HOME on the top left.
If that doesn't work try to get the dev of SGTools on the thread: SGTools

Weird. I checked your name in SGTools right now, and it says you have activated all your games.
I think you can Sync SGTools itself as well, so you should try doing that (it is a separate sync to the one you do here at SG itself).
It will be on the left side of the SG Tools page. Click on the V arrow beside 'Home' and it will bring up a small dropdown menu. Choose 'Synchronize your account's cache'. That should fix you up!

Recently I won a Revolution Ace as a gift and I add it to my library. Then played it and had some cards dropped off . But it seems SG cannot detect this game even I synced several times after I owned that game. I think this gift is from a four pack. Does anyone know how to deal with this kind of situation? Thanks a lot!
