I have that problem. Any tips?
I have already turned off the power for a long time to reset it.
I have already tried to change cables, I have 3 monitors connected to the pc and only this one stopped working.

Doesn't look good, although weird how most of the screen is black and only a part garbled.

If it would be the GPU, then the other monitors wouldn't be fine.

This is a common issue with lcd monitors/tvs and it can happen when its not old. As far as Ive seen it only tends to get worse, covering more of the screen, and the fix isnt cheap.

It's common to have some burned condensators which are cheap itself to replace if you are handy with soldering.

I had a problem like that with a tv, the only fix was change the lcd BUT the manufacturer stopped making that lcd.

Looks like that camera(s) you have mounted on the top of the monitor may have caused actual damage. I've seen pressure damage to display frames on laptops lots of times over the years which has caused similar looking faults. Also, with those camera covers that people attach to the screen - some laptops are so slim that there is no room for "extra baggage", so when closed they cause the damage. (I know yours isn't a laptop, but you know what I mean).
If your monitor doesn't have a bezel (or has a really thin one), it's recommended not to attach things to it.
LCDs are pretty fragile unfortunately.

That was my thought as well. I've never used a webcam, but no way I would clamp something onto a display.

OP, get one of these flexible tripods, and place it behind the monitor instead...
