For a reroll request, does a comment in one of the winner's steamgifts giveaways count?

I know the rules mention contacting them through steam or email if they don't claim it but since one of my winner has a few giveaways here, I want to know whether this is a valid form of contact or not? In case they don't respond for a week.

If after 7 days they don't mark a status for the giveaway, leave a comment on one of their giveaways. In my opinion this is really the easiest method to make them aware in case they aren't.
