AMD Never Settle Bundle Reloaded - Help!

Hello guys. I recently purchased mine Sapphire HD 7850 card, and I wanted to see if anyone is experiencing same problem as me when trying to reedem the code. It says;

"There was an error processing your submission, please check all values and try again. If the error persist please contact AMD Support at support@amd4u.com."

What could possibly be the cause of the problem?

Just wanted to say that problem may perssist because I'm from Bosnia, but I don't see why would be it like that, I have my ID on the back for it, so I guess that's it?

No i didn't gonna do that in a sec, but meanwhile, just wanted to ask you, I got the paper with my Sapphire card, and it says "Required for SSC Gold Membership - Sapphire ID #: ..... " then there's the ID that I got. That's the same ID that SHOULD be working on neversettle site?

Tried another browser; Same problem occurs :/

Well, I guess it didn't come with my card or something it it's completely different than gold. I already registered on that site, and got my gold membership, so I guess this ID is just for that, eh? :/

Agh, okay, but about these FREE promotions when you are GOLD membership?

If there stands promotion for HD7850 ( currently there's only for HD 7990 ), I would be able to reedem that free promotion, right?

sadly there is no such an option, but usually they last for 20-30 days so visit that site once a month

The code will not be in your box or on SSC, it is supplied separately by the store

Yea, I know, codes you get when you enter your ID in neversettle site, but there's problem when I enter all of my info, this problem pops up. :/
