The hunt for jigi-time-snail (snail-free option included)

All right, team! We've got a situation on our hands - the boffins from R&D managed to misplace their shiny new temporal thingamajig. Apparently SOMEONE thought it would be funny to attach it to a hyper-intelligent snail they found inside some hollow tungsten sphere and now it's done a runner! Now memorize the photo of our target carefully and prepare to move out. We've got a snail to catch!
