GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB DDR5 192bit or Gigabyte GeForce GTX 660 OC 2GB DDR5 is better?
I think that the second one is better and cheaper but i would like to know someone elses opinion

well gigabyte sells cheap ass videocards, avoid it like plague.
Edit: for example almost all the gigabyte 7770-s were faulty, so spare a few more dollars, you will thank me later
