Game I won revoked after a month?

I won this game in October and I got this account alert out of nowhere

Can anyone tell me why this happened? Game has been removed from my account, will this show up as unactivated win?

Could be anything, revoked by dev, bought with stolen credit card.

The gifter knows best and can provide a solution or not or have the giveaway deleted.

Comment in the giveaway, attaching the screenshot and tell the giveaway's creator what happened. Ask them for a replacement. If they do not provide a replacement, either allow them to delete the giveaway or create a support ticket to change the feedback to not received.
