Question about the Namco sale

Ive got Naruto Shippuden from the namco sale.

At the moment of register and stuff, asked information of where i lived, Canada and US Only.
The thing is that i live in Mexico (Just a few KM from USA). I managed to install and play it, but is the game Region Locked?

It should be fine. Wouldn't be the first game which had a certain region in the redeem title yet still works in other countries.
