It might be, it might not be, should be in the summer one though. I can't see the price being more then 50% off since it's not that old.

It's already been on sale for 4.99 USD (66% off of the current price, but at the time it had a base price of 19.99 USD making it a 75% off sale)

If the OP managed to find a group buy that could effectively be a 75% sale of the current 14.99 USD base price

also depends on how active the MP is versus how active the devs want the MP to actually be, sometimes discounting the game more heavily off the bat can get the game more active players

you can get now insurgency with tf2 keys for 5-6 euro depending where you get the keys!

It'll be on sale. It's already pasted the shelf life of it not being on a 75% off sale. Wouldn't be surprised if Valve did a source game sale or it was put on a heavy discount on the first day of a season sale.
