You can reopen support tickets in the top right corner, same as how you close threads. :)

It takes more work to read it

Best thing is to continue on and think happy thoughts about him..

Or comment on his daily GA. he reads all the comments

I see that now you pointed it out. Along with his 40k+ comment count listed on hist profile. I think I might have like 15 comments, lol.
