Question about sending gift

Ok... So recently I created a Giveaway and it has now finished and I want to give the prize to the winner but his email where it says gift to: xxxxx@xxx.xx.xx is very strange.. if I add him on steam and give to him in the chat does it count ??? and I would probably take a print screen just in case.. don't want to have an X on my account

Well, when he activates it on his account. If he doesn't (say, he trades it away or gifts to another account), he'll get banned.

I just hope when I give him the key he wont give it to someone else, his email is raty"BOT" lol thats creepy and he hasnt replied to my messages for an hour now

You aren't forced to give the key to someone you think he's not legit. Take as much time as you need to prove he's a valid user(you have a week for that)

You can't prove if the key is valid, but the user has to register the game on his acc and then he HAS to press the "I got the gift" button on the page. If he doesn't do that then send the support a message and they'll get it sorted out
