I forget what its called, i havent used steamgifts discussions in ages.
It was another website that links to steamgifts, used for people to make particular entry rules for making giveaways

example
'Entry user must have 0.1 GA ratio to enter this giveaway'
then it'd give ya a green link (go ahead) or it'd turn red and stop you from entering those particular giveaways.
