It's simple, just apply a Lorentz transformation to the Green's function of the Laplacian, with special emphasis paid to the inhomogenous contour convolution of the Riemann eigenvector. The holomorphic branch cuts behaves well under Cauchy's uniform limits, resulting in a simple Poisson half-plane that can be generalized to an analytic Dirichlet integral.
