Mortal Kombat X in Steam South East Asia Region

Do you think it will be available in South East Asia Region? I noticed that it can already be pre-purchased in some vending websites but it currently does not appear in steam store (Philippines).

It's not in not-German (no idea if it will appear in Germany, with their censorships etc.) Euro Zone too, so it's really pure guesswork for now.
