The key is valid, it's just for the four bonus games in the bundle and I entered under the impression that it was for the entire Below and Above Average games. I already own the four games, so it wouldn't register to me.
The guy didn't scam me, SteamGifts just seems to have accidentally let me enter a giveaway where I already owned the games up for grabs.

He scammed, he is trying to give just the bonus games for the full value of a BTA bundle. Report it.

I'd probably call support... the person giving it away probably thought the key was separate and only wanted one out of the other games.
But your information is also rather confusing. So you're saying you won only the base games and not the bonus ones? Or did you win none? Did you receive the BTA (Dustforce)?

No, it only offered to install Wizorb, BIT.TRIP.RUNNER, Gratuitous Space Battles, and Jamestown.
I must have misinterpreted the bundle assuming that it contained everything since it was listed as above the average. If it were rerolled to someone else that would solve everything.

Nah, reroll wouldnt solve nothing. The guy is just giving the bonus game, and that is not allowed, especially if he created it as a above average giveaway! You didnt misinterpreted anything, it is supposed to have everything!Report it and put as not received after a week.

From what I can understand, the giveaway creator only gave the key for the 4 bonus games. And I remember a giveaway less than a hour ago of someone who put in the description that it was only the 4 bonus games(despite ebing a above average giveaway)

I think I saw that giveaway.
Do not put it as accepted, as he only gave you the bonus games of the second week. If its Above Average he should have given you all of the games included.

There was a private giveaway listed as 'Above Average' for the new Humble Bundle. I entered under the impression that it contained the base games as well as the bonus games, but when I won it and entered the key on Steam it said I already owned the four bonus games and wasn't actually a key for the base games and above average games.
So I won a key I'm incapable of using and I'm not sure if I should hit 'Accept' that I won it. Would that mark my account on SteamGifts as supposed to have the games below the average when I don't actually have them, and put my SteamGifts account at risk of being banned? Or is this just a glitch in SteamGifts where it allowed me to enter a giveaway I shouldn't have been able to?
I really don't want a 'win' registered on my account when I don't have one. =/
